Monitoring, measuring, analysis and evaluation

• what exactly needs to be monitored/measured, including:
o industry legal requirements and other legislative concerns
o the activities and operations related to identified OH&S risks and opportunities o operational controls
o the organisational OH&S objectives
- the criteria against which %The_Company% will evaluate its OH&S performance
- the methods for monitoring, measurement, analysis, and evaluation, to ensure valid results
- when monitoring/measuring will occur
- when the results will be analysed, evaluated, and communicatedMonitoring and measurement equipment must be consistently calibrated or verified and must be used and maintained, as appropriate.There may be legal requirements or other requirements regarding calibration or verification of monitoring and measuring equipment.%The_Company% will maintain appropriate documented information as evidence of the results.
It will also evaluate the OH&S performance and determine the effectiveness of the OH&S management system.%The_Company% will retain appropriate documented information as evidence of the monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation programme.
Evaluation of compliance with legal requirements and other requirements
The organisation will plan, establish, implement, and maintain a process for evaluating compliance with applicable legal requirements and other requirements.
The organisation will:
- determine frequency and method(s) of compliance evaluation
- evaluate compliance
- act, if required
- maintain knowledge and understanding of its status of compliance with legal and other requirements
- retain documented information of compliance evaluation
