The information on this website is general information about eSafety products and services. It is not legal advice and does not replace competent professional advice for a particular workplace or situation

We take reasonable care to keep public information and prices accurate. If an obvious pricing, technical or configuration error occurs, we may contact you before accepting or starting an order rather than quietly processing something that is clearly wrong

2. Health & Safety and ISO manual orders

eSafety takes reasonable care in preparing and personalising its Health & Safety and ISO manuals, forms and templates. They are practical business tools and do not replace competent advice, site-specific risk assessment, supervision, training or your legal duties. No document or software can guarantee legal compliance, prequalification approval, ISO certification or that enforcement action will never occur. You are responsible for reviewing the material, making sure it suits your work, keeping it current and actually implementing it. Nothing in these terms excludes any right, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under New Zealand law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSafety is not responsible for loss arising from material being used without appropriate review, adaptation or implementation.

Order confirmation and delivery

After submitting an order, an order confirmation should arrive by email shortly. If it does not, check your junk or spam folder. Unless we tell you otherwise, a paid policy or manual order is normally emailed within three business days after payment is received, and is often completed sooner. If you do not receive either the confirmation or the completed order, contact eSafety.

Customisation and customer information

You are responsible for providing accurate business details, selecting the work and risk modules that apply, and telling us if something important is missing or incorrect. We may contact you for clarification before completing the manual

3. Prices and payment

Public website prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST unless clearly stated otherwise. Any card-processing surcharge is shown before you submit or pay. Bank-transfer instructions are provided when bank deposit is selected

An order is treated as ready for production once the required order information and payment have been received, unless eSafety agrees otherwise

4. Intellectual property and permitted use

Manuals, templates, forms, website content and other material supplied by eSafety remain protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. A customer may use and adapt material supplied for its own internal business health and safety purposes. You may not resell, republish or commercially distribute eSafety material as your own product without written permission

5. New Zealand law and mandatory rights

New Zealand law applies to these website and manual-order terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded
